It is a comfortable hotel with warm rooms and stunningly beautiful views of the national park and the lake. All in all they offer excellent service. Need to add that free Wi-Fi throughout the property worked in a good way. Thank you for a luxury stay, recommend.

Good stay, as always. Everything was nice, good service, favourable location right by the forest of most amazing oak trees, Mavrovo and the SPA center.

The staff here is super friendly and awesome! They even give free wake up calls and can help with ironing. the breakfast is really satisfying and they serve it right on time every morning. 🌞

Enjoyed a hearty breakfast with a great selection of food items.

During my Christmas stay, I indulged in delicious traditional meals that were excellently prepared, and I enjoyed the magnificent scenery surrounding the hotel. The playroom was perfect for keeping the kids occupied while I enjoyed the full spa facilities.

The limited menu in the restaurant made it difficult to accommodate my child's meals, and the unmasked waiters were quite off-putting. the lack of window blinds kept me and my baby awake through the early sunlight, and the absence of an air conditioner made it difficult to sleep through the night.

The setting here was just perfect and we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Our double room had everything we needed -- a hairdryer, a fancy spa bathtub, and soft terry bathrobes. 🌟

Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the pet-friendly policy, allowing me to bring my furry friend along. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Mavrovo.

The rooms could benefit from some furniture renewal, but the bathrooms with a bath tub or hot tub are a major plus. Breakfast is also a highlight, with plenty of delicious options to start your day.

This hotel is ideally located steps from the ski lift and right next to the ski slope, down some surrounding mountains. the staff is friendly and helpful, accommodating all our requests. the rooms are charming and well-maintained, with comfortable furniture and lovely views. the breakfast is a complete buffet, and the food is great throughout the hotel. the spa center is excellent, with towels available on request and a strong Wi-Fi connection.

The restaurant lacks proper ventilation, leaving a bit of an unpleasant odor in the air.

The location was great, delicious food, friendly staff, comfortable hotel with all amenities, close to lake and ski elevators.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel in the national park is stunning, especially being in close proximity to the ski lifts. The rooms are spacious with nice tall windows, and some even have a bath tub or Jacuzzi. Although the furniture could be renewed, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. The breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying.
